- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★2018-03-25, by Sam GilbertSarah and Mark are wonderful, as was my tour guide Chris. Friendly, wonderful people making phenomenal cheeses. The Dill Slipcote is outstanding and obviously Brighton Blue is one of the finest cheeses to have been produced in this country.
